Vinyasa yoga and mat pilates all in one class. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." In other words, I will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is flowing and with the smooth way that the poses run together, it becomes like a dance. I add standing and mat pilates to the flow to strengthen the core. Vinyasa Pilates is a yoga-based fitness class, so you get the best of both worlds. |
