For Intermediate/Advanced Level or if you have a previous dance history. Ladies should be comfortable with the idea of something a little more edgy and exotic. Start to feel free to express yourself fully without holding back. We will be using props like veil and chairs and anything else that may apply to this class. If any minors are interested, parental permission is mandatory.

Vinyasa yoga and mat pilates all in one class. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." In other words, I will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is flowing and with the smooth way that the poses run together, it becomes like a dance. I add standing and mat pilates to the flow to strengthen the core. Vinyasa Pilates is a yoga-based fitness class, so you get the best of both worlds.
